Moyles Farm is located near to Polzeath beach and 5 minutes from Rock and Padstow on the beautiful North Cornish coast.

The property lies hidden away in an idyllic and private location nestling in open farmland, yet it is ideally situated to enable guests to explore all that Cornwall offers. We are minutes from the surf at Polzeath, sailing and waterskiing at Rock, and the ferry to Padstow which is host to Rick Stein's now famous seafood restaurant.

Shops and the sea are only 1.5 miles away as is one of the most spectacular sections of the South West Coast path between Trevose Head and Tintagel. Local golf courses include Trevose, St Enodoc and Roserrow. A short car journey will take you to the historic fishing village of Port Isaac (Port Wenn!). and the now legendary Eden Project. Also surf capital of Europe - Newquay with its new culinary attraction Jamie Oliver's 15 Cornwall.

Once a working farm, the now sympathetically converted outbuildings provide 4 very different properties:

The Mill House – Spacious luxury house with large garden - sleeps 8 plus cots

The Linhay – Open plan converted cart shed, can be taken with Mill - Sleeps 2

Mynford Cottage- Spacious boutique converted stable with private secure garden- sleeps 2/4

Best 10 unusual places to stay in Cornwall

> Lesley Gillilan, the author of the Best of Britain Guide to Cornwall and Scilly Isles, reveals her favourite odd and quirky places to bed down in England's far south west.

Shepherd's Hut - Moyles Farm, St Minver, PL27 6QT

"For holidays a deux there's nowhere quite like this compact rustic hut, once used to shelter duty shepherds during lambing. It lives on a farm within hiking distance of the surfing beach at Polzeath and offers a king-size double bed, woodburner, small stove and not much else, except a camp-fire pit outside, and a private bathroom a few yards away."

> "Trip Advisor" accolades...

"Best cottage in Cornwall- or possibly Britain"
